The Cessna lifestyle brand has an active community. Owners and pilots search for technical information. CPA was aiming to monetize inherited assets. Revenue from Memberships should grow through additional searchable and usable information. CPA focusses on 2 networks: b2c to start with (current clientbase of pilots and owners) and b2b (business development through repairshops, mechanic shops, airports) to follow.
CPA was aiming to monetize assets looking for a suitable platform. Wikibase proved to be the best MediaWiki business solutions provider. We came up with a plan for the data project in three phases. To increase revenue every step of the way:
