Step 1
Wikibase schedules a no-obligation meeting with the customer to jointly map out the requirements and wishes (MoSCoW). Our specialists then review these internally and translate them into a suitable fixed-price proposal. This way, everyone knows exactly what will be delivered and under which conditions.
Step 2
After the customer has received and reviewed the proposal, we schedule a meeting to go through all the details. During this meeting, we answer questions, explain choices, and ensure everything is clear. Based on this, a well-informed decision is made: a GO to start the project or a NO-GO if adjustments are still needed.
Step 3
The customer exports the entire Confluence environment and provides it, along with user data, to Wikibase. This ensures we have all the necessary information to guarantee a smooth transfer and a successful start to the project.
Step 4
Wikibase converts the received export into a MediaWiki-compatible XML format. Users are created individually so that everyone will later have access to the appropriate parts of the wiki. Wikibase then sets up the wiki according to the agreements outlined in the proposal.
Step 5
The customer tests the new wiki environment and verifies that everything functions as desired. Any feedback or adjustments are discussed with Wikibase, allowing us to finalize the details together and achieve the promised end result.
Step 6
After all feedback has been processed, the new wiki environment is fully ready. The customer can immediately start using the renewed knowledge environment and benefit from a user-friendly, well-structured, future-proof, and cost-efficient solution.
