Wikibase Academy With the Wikibase Academy we have our own training institute. Here, hard and soft skills are learned, trained, developed and deepened under personal guidance. We do this in collaboration with Hans van Gastel Coaching & Training. We do this not only with recruitment and selection to strengthen our own team. Municipalities, UWVs and trainers ask us to identify talent and support talent to the next level. The final stage of the admission process is the Wikibase assessment, which objectively maps the assessee, with a first report. The following intensive in-house training or education usually lasts between 2 and 6 months. The Wikibase Academy results in a starting qualification as a Jr. Software Developer. If the assessment has been successfully completed after the screening, trainees work on programming skills and personal characteristics, but also on scrum functioning in an agile development team.
