PS: KnowledgeHub PS develops software for customer relationship management (CRM), digital process automation, and business process management (BPM). With over 5000 employees, internal knowledge management is a crucial business component, and a MediaWiki-based services platform is a logical choice for managing this in-house knowledge. For the PS KnowledgeHub, Wikibase is making use of powerful out-of-the-box tools that MediaWiki has to offer as well as customized solutions that we are developing on our own: Sortable tree menus Faceted search Dynamic permissions To deliver a modern and reactive interface which is intuitive and easy to use, Wikibase is using some of the latest web technologies: VisualEditor ElasticSearch Semantic MediaWiki Vue.js For this project, Wikibase is working really close with PS employees to make sure the software meets the requirements and fits the PS ecosystem.
