Eagle Dumpster Rental (EDR) offers waste removal services in Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and Delaware. EDR stands for personal customer care with a friendly support team. For their order process EDR heavily relies on Excel and Google sheets. EDR wanted a more user-friendly, flexible, modern and future proof Order system. Wikibase Solutions made it happen, on time (2 months), within budget and scope.
EDR wanted a more user-friendly, flexible, modern and future proof Order system. Moreover the current payment wall had to be integrated in the new system. The application should provide basic management information, e.g. on turnover. The webbased Order system provides the following functionality:

- Send email to the hauler from the web app based on a template
- Send email to the customer from the web app based on a template
- Send data to PayTrace through api
- Manage (status) of orders
- Create and manage email templates
